Every week, we send out thousands of packages to happy customers achieving their contouring goals around the world. Since our proprietary products are not easily found in standard stores, it can sometimes take a bit longer to receive them, especially after an influx of viral orders.

As a rule of thumb, shipping is broken down into two parts:

• Processing Time: Order verification, quality checking, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. Processing the orders takes an additional 2–7 days.

• Shipping Time: This is the time it takes to get from our warehouse to your home. International shipping usually requires 15–20 business days, while USA orders can take less time. Almost all orders are sent out via trusted postal services (like USPS for domestic orders). This means you get a tracking number you can follow up with.
